Fed’s On The Go was founded by Matthew Federici, a member of the fourth generation of the Freehold, NJ-based restaurant family. Upon successful graduation with a BS in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, Matthew took the helm of Frankie Fed’s located on Highway 33 from his uncle and aunt. With a great team and a trio of knowledge, determination, and grit backing him, it was a no-brainer to venture into the food truck space to bring a newfound path for the Federici brand to grow.
